We believe that God The Creator knows best what our bodies need in
order to stay healthy. Our diet in the Garden of Eden was
intended to be vegetarian. Only after the Fall of humankind we began to eat meat. Therefore we
promote vegetarian life style, but at the same time we do not
condemn people who choose to eat meat. However, there are certain
biblical principles we'd like to share with you on that subject.

Recipe of the Month

Cranberry-mandarin trifle
Prepare 1 package organic vanilla cake mix as per direction on
box substituting egg with egg-replacer and milk with soy milk.
Bake in oblong baking pan. When cool cut in finger size pieces
and set aside.
Next
1 pkg frozen cranberries or 2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sucanat
½ cup water
1 cup raspberry or strawberry jam
3 10 oz cans mandarin orange segments
3 cups custard or pudding
½ cup vegan whipped cream (optional)
1. In a large saucepan, stir cranberries with sugar and water.
Bring to a boil stir often, until cranberries have popped and
liquid has thickened about 3 to 5 min. Remove from heat .Stir in
jam. Spoon ¼ cup cranberry jam into a small bowl. Set aside.
Place remaining cranberry jam in freezer to chill stir
occasionally(15 min)
2. Meanwhile drain and discard liquid from mandarin segments.
Line bottom of a large trifle or glass bowl with 1/3 of cake
fingers. It’s ok if there are gaps between cake fingers or if
they break. Spoon 1/3 custard over cake fingers. Arrange one
third of mandarins over custard. Dollop one third of cooled
cranberry mixture over mandarins
Repeat layering 2 more times Finish with cranberry mixture.
Cover and refrigerate
If used just before serving spoon whipped cream overtop and
drizzle with reserved cranberry sauce.
